This 45 seems to have escaped most people's notice - possibly the group's name evoked River Dance more than deep soul. But "Fool For My Baby" is a fine piece of the latter with the different voices blending beautifully over a small band arrangement mellowed by a solo tenor sax. Judging by the address on the label this 45 must have been recorded on the West Coast.

Note ~ Does anybody know if this group contained either Gwindon Murphy (Crazy Horse) or Joe Murphy (Vivid)?
